Yes. We operate a strict Challenge 25 policy. If you are lucky enough to look under 25, you will be required to present valid, physical photographic ID (Passport, UK Driving License, or PASS-hologram card). We do not accept photographs of IDs. No ID, no entry.

We are a live music venue. Jeans, trainers, and band tees are actively encouraged. The only rule: No tracksuits or full sportswear on Friday or Saturday club nights. Management reserves the right of admission.

Yes. For the safety of everyone, it is a condition of entry that all guests consent to a search. We have a zero-tolerance policy for illegal substances, weapons, and aggressive behavior.

If an event is not sold out in advance, a limited allocation of tickets will be available on the door at a slightly higher price. We strongly recommend buying in advance to guarantee entry.

Following standard live music industry practice, all ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds unless an event is officially canceled or rescheduled. If you cannot attend, we highly recommend using Twickets for secure, ethical fan-to-fan resale.

The main bar and hall (Ground Floor) are fully step-free accessible. Due to the historic Grade II listed nature of the building, upper floors and balconies are currently accessible via stairs only. We offer free carer tickets—please select the "Accessibility Requirement" option in the contact form to arrange this.

Yes, a cloakroom is open during all major live music events and club nights. Items are stored at £2.50 per item.
